There are lot many Websites offering a free Blog. You can choose any one suiting your convenience. Most users blog with Blogger or Wordpress.
Create a FREE Blogger account with Blogspot.com
Log on to http://www.blogspot.com/. If you have a Google account, you can create a Blog directly using the same ID. If not, create a new user ID and register your new Blog.
After registering, you can see 'Dashboard' area where all of the Blogs you create line up. You can create a number of different Blogs using different names.
